Job Summary
Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. Adhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines while actively participating in safety programs. Communicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Perform tasks involving lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment, including work in high and/or confined spaces. Requires US work authorization, TWIC, and five years of millwright experience.
Required Qualifications
- US work authorization
- 5-10 years of Millwright Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- TWIC
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipment
- Basic knowledge of using computers for record-keeping
- Good communication skills
- Must be available for flexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays
- Must be able to work in high and/or confined spaces
- Must be able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
- Millwright: 5 years (Required)
Desired Qualifications
- 10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience with the precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps & lubrication
- Experience with using precision measuring tools
- Laser Alignment Capable
- Millwright NCCER Certification
- Basic Equipment Vibration Analysis
- Forklift Certified
- NCCER (Preferred)
