Job Summary
Maintain and repair plant and mining equipment at the Cleveland, OH site. Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on conveyors, pumps, screens, cyclones, hydrosizers, clarifiers, dryers, and baghouse. Demonstrate ability to install, dismantle, reassemble, replace, repair, and adjust components. Mentor Apprentices and support professional development. Read drawings/blueprints/schematics; plan daily tasks with minimal supervision; utilize Microsoft Office. Requires ownership of tools and vehicle and possession of mining-environment certificates. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years solid experience as a Millwright
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
- Must have own tools and vehicle
- Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Ability to organize, plan daily tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite
- Must have common core certificates for a mining operation environment
