Job Summary
The Millwright Journeyman will be responsible for dismantling, erecting, assembling, aligning, adjusting, and maintaining machinery and equipment according to installation manuals, work instructions, and blueprints. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating cranes and forklifts, aligning machines, and installing lubrication systems while ensuring safety standards are met. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, three years of relevant experience, and a current driver’s license. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to read and interpret safety regulations,assembly/disassembly, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and professional customer service skills
- Strong teamwork orientation with active listening and effective communication skills
