Job Summary
The Journeyman Millwright will be primarily responsible for general repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery, completion of preventative maintenance tasks, and performing general mechanical work in a production environment. The role requires the ability to work with hand and powered tools, follow instructions, and troubleshoot effectively. Successful candidates must maintain a clean and safe work area and contribute to overall plant safety. Strong communication skills and the capability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Millwright certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, team and people skills
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
- Capability to follow instruction manuals and troubleshoot
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a demanding production environment
- Capable of working rotating shifts
