Job Summary
Assist Industrial Millwrights with the installation, repair, replacement, and dismantling of machinery and heavy equipment. Replace defective parts, adjust clearances and alignment, and align machines using hoists, jacks, and precision tools. Connect power units and steam piping, repair and lubricate systems, and assemble equipment with hand and power tools. Position steel beams to support bedplates and fasten assemblies to foundations. Capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing stairs and ladders, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Full-time 40-hour schedule (4/10's); no per diem or relocation funding.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be capable of climbing stairs
- Must be capable of climbing ladders
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time
- Must be capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
