Job Summary
Conduct regular maintenance on machines to uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards. Install, inspect, and repair mechanical equipment while collaborating with other trades. Assist in shutdown and strategic capital project planning and execution. Mentor Millwright Apprentices and support leadership in training employees, ensuring proper documentation and competence. Actively participate in safety culture through DATS conversations, observations, and training, and engage in the OH&S Committee. Maintain high housekeeping standards and utilize SDS for chemical safety training. Communicates clearly on company radios in line with procedures. Requires Red Seal certification, 5+ years in heavy industry, and a valid driver's license. Hourly wage of $50.69 in Lavington, BC.
