Millwork Engineer

Job Summary
Supervise CAD workflows and ensure accurate sequencing to meet scheduling deadlines; interpret designs for craftsmen installing materials; develop cabinet layouts and renderings per client/co-worker requirements; review cabinetry orders for accuracy and oversee timely deliveries; communicate with team members and subcontractors; provide safety and technical support to the Mill Shop; study job specifications to determine construction methods; manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and punch lists; maintain as-built and close-out documents; emphasize attention to detail and quality control throughout millwork and cabinetry installations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in engineering or drafting technology or equivalent combination of formal education and training experience. Usually requires a minimum of experience performing CAD related duties.
