Millwork Assembler

Job Summary
Perform assembly of interior and exterior doors at various machine centers as needed. Verify work order accuracy against materials and assembly instructions while inspecting all materials for defects. Provide basic customer service to internal and external clients and collaborate with team members to fulfill daily orders. Maintain a clean working area and strictly follow all safety procedures and OSHA compliance programs. Continuously lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally handling 100 pounds, in a high-traffic, loud warehouse environment while wearing provided personal protective equipment. Read tape measurements and utilize an inventory control scanner (RFN) as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years equivalent experience
- Able to understand and follow safety/work instructions
- Ability to read tape measurements
- Ability to stand during the entire work shift
- Work in tandem using safe lifting practices
- Continuously lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Ability to uphold core values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, and Excellence
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with millwork
- Experience utilizing an inventory control scanner (RFN)
- Prior experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines
