Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role responsible for hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, following individualized care plans, documenting progress, and promoting dignity, independence, and community participation. Duties include assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, utilizing approved behavior support techniques, and coordinating travel between Residential and Day programs as needed. Requires a High School diploma or GED, ability to lift/pull 50+ lbs, and a valid U.S. driver's license with the specified driving history. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
