Job Summary
Direct Support Professional duties include providing hands-on support with kindness, assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans and documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. Role may involve travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with the specified driving history criteria. Required Qualifications
