Job Summary
Operate pneumatic air systems, augers, mills, sifters, and bagging equipment to produce products per production schedules. Follow GMPs and HACCP food-safety practices. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, strong communication, decision-making, and ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical role involves lifting 50 lbs, standing for a 10-hour shift, bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, dexterity, and occasional crawling/kneeling/squatting. Reports to Milling Manager in the Operations department. Full-time, non-exempt, located in Valley City, ND.
