Job Summary
Milling Operator needed for 3rd shift in Lima, OH. Operate milling machines to mill forged rolls to customer specifications; set up mills and controller; inspect milled dimensions against blueprints; report deviations; read and interpret blueprints; perform other department duties as assigned. Competitive starting wage ($22.20/hour) plus benefits, paid holidays, 401K, PTO, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and milling experience; ability to pass background check and drug screen; able to work any shift; strong math and attention to detail; CNC machining experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous milling experience required
- Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment and/or heavy machinery required
- Strong math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work any shift
