Job Summary
Assist with personnel scheduling, crew management, and milling equipment needs and repair. Oversee reinforcement of continuous quality improvement in pulverized material gradations, milled surface uniformity, and roadway ride quality. Manage multiple conflicting priorities while working varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends. Operate in variable weather and dirty, dusty environments while maintaining high ethical standards and observing anti-trust laws. Requires valid driver's license, CDL desired, and minimum five years of field milling experience. Union membership is required.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in milling at the field level
- Prior experience as a Foreman
- Working knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations
