Job Summary
Ensure Ardent Mills products meet customer requirements by completing all tasks on time in a fast-paced environment. Manage inventory accurately and perform routine and specialized cleaning, including bin cleanings, rebolt sifter maintenance, filter sock changes, and confined space work requiring fall protection. Execute basic process maintenance and adhere strictly to personnel, equipment, sanitation, and business unit safety policies. Work 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM to 6:30 PM) with weekends and holidays as needed, maintaining reliability, integrity, and environmental responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using computer tools including email and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in English both written and verbally
- Must be willing to accept accountability
- Must be willing and able to work 12 hr shifts (7am to 7pm) with weekends, and Holidays when needed
- Must be willing to get cross-trained in at least one other position for development within the facility and to provide any relief duties as needed
- Must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of manufacturing or production experience
