Mill Supervisor - Night Shift

Mill Supervisor on the Night Shift responsible for overseeing the Mill and Loading department operations, supervising hourly employees, ensuring safe and compliant production of salt, conducting quality inspections, coordinating maintenance, planning production schedules, and supporting logistics including railcar and dock activities. Roles include enforcing GMP and safety policies (LOTO, hot work, confined space), developing SOPs and PJHAs, coordinating with Quality and Engineering, maintaining documentation, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across Mill, Bagging, Supersacks, Pellet/Pretzel production, and Shipping as needed. Must have Advanced Excel and SAP experience; strong leadership, communication, and multi-project management skills; and the ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as required. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in engineering with 1-3 years of experience, plus related capabilities in safety, quality, inventory, and production processes.
