Job Summary
Operate equipment or perform tasks related to manufacturing according to procedures, including molding, trimming, HCR milling, automated cell operation, and desiccant processing. Maintain processes to ensure safe and productive work while following blueprints and guidelines to meet product specifications. Continually suggest ideas to improve safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery, and accurately record production data. Maintain acceptable housekeeping standards and react appropriately to out-of-control conditions. Work a 4:00am to 12:30pm shift in a clean, climate-controlled environment supporting the production of life-saving devices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1-4 years in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing
