Job Summary
Operate all milling equipment, including grain cleaning, dehulling, kilning, flaking, and oat flour manufacturing systems. Perform steam heat treatment of raw and finished products, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and test products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Complete cleaning duties, accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with food safety and fire prevention regulations. Work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends in a processing environment with adverse conditions. Apply online by September 2, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Solid problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Able to work in a processing environment and adverse conditions (heights, steam processing and hot environments,)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
