Job Summary
Conduct daily pellet mill operations ensuring feed is batched, pelleted, and medicated correctly while applying downstream ingredients and storing finished product safely. Maintain equipment in safe operating condition by cleaning magnets daily, performing preventative maintenance, and completing logs per SQF code. Operate machinery in compliance with FSE safety and OSHA guidelines while managing housekeeping and customer service duties. This night shift role (S-Th 10pm-7am) requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, and experience with agricultural settings, offering a shift differential and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Occasional bending and lifting
- Able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
- Climb ladders frequently

- 1-2 years of work experience in an agricultural setting
