Job Summary
Mill Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink; responsible for running batches on mill, operating canning/packing steps, maintaining TPM standards, learning TPM processes, weighing batches, mixing/discharging pigments, operating mill equipment (Hockmeyer), ensuring OEE targets, maintaining formulas database, and providing ink samples/data as QC liaison. Requires high school diploma/GED, 3 months related experience, math and basic computer skills, reliability for shifts, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift and related industry background a plus.
