Job Summary
Operate the mill and supporting stations from entry to bundling table, actively participate in changeovers, and maintain process standards for cleaning and coatings. Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, and bottleneck issues while ensuring execution of explicit customer specifications. Communicate with crewmembers to achieve target goals and support departments. Coordinate efforts with mill and maintenance management to meet productivity demands and focus production on customer needs. Maintain a safety-first mindset and continuous learning attitude within a global manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- A safety conscious attitude
- A background in industrial manufacturing or tube mill production or a steel related field
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be based out of Hobart IN
- Must have a safety first mindset

Desired Qualifications
- Prior tube mill experience
