Job Summary
Lead production planning with designated team in a feed plant, train colleagues, assist Mill Supervisor on projects, and support delivery and loading of feed products. Ensure HACCP compliance, manage inventory, perform general maintenance, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate paperwork. Strong emphasis on safety, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate resources to meet deadlines in a farming cooperative environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED diploma
- 3 to 5 years driving experience
- Good basic mechanical skills
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers
