Job Summary
Assist in handling feed products for delivery and loading, while managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate paperwork completion. Perform general maintenance on buildings, equipment, and vehicles, strictly complying with HACCP policies and credit procedures. Maintain a safe work environment and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Requires 3 to 5 years of driving experience, high school diploma, and good mechanical skills. This role supports Central Valley Ag's operations across Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska as part of a farmer-owned cooperative.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years driving experience
- High School or GED diploma
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers
- Good basic mechanical skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and manage resources in order to accomplish jobs within the defined timetable
- Ability to multi-task several assignments simultaneously and establish job priorities
- Works well with others to achieve a common goal
