Job Summary
Safely assist with maintenance and repair of equipment and processes in the Milling plant, including mills, conveyors, screens, crushers, and lube systems. Perform preventative maintenance activities on Mill equipment and assist mechanics with overlaying conveyor systems, ball mills, and hydraulic filter presses. Complete work orders and other maintenance documentation while performing housekeeping duties and work area checks. May operate mobile equipment and perform other duties as required. This role supports the Henderson mill operations located between Dillon and Kremmling, Colorado, within a 24/7, 365-day environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards
- Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude
- Must be able to pass a written assessment where required
- Candidates may be required to pass a medical exam
- Candidates must pass all required training and/or testing
- Employees may be required to work a non-standard schedule, which may include shift work (other than day shift) at a 24/7, 365-day operation

Desired Qualifications
