Job Summary
Operate CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment to fabricate metal parts according to engineering specifications. Set up machinery by selecting tools, loading materials, and adjusting settings while inspecting finished parts for quality compliance. Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components to ensure optimal performance. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, report hazards immediately, and maintain accurate records of production activities and machine setups. Collaborate with the production team to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and propose process improvements. Train on machine programming, safety procedures, and quality standards as needed.
Required Qualifications
