Job Summary
Assist mill operations in a mining environment through manual labor, including shoveling, operating equipment, loading/unloading of supplies, and light maintenance. Significantly contribute to safety by following procedures and policies, and work within a labor-intensive team. Requires Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, strong safety mindset, reliable transportation to site in Lanigan, and ability to learn and engage in training.

- Stable work record
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
- Positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively with co-workers and supervisors

- Ability to work safely and effectively in a labor-intensive team environment as well as self-guided
