Job Summary
Conduct all necessary electrical, electronic, and combustion-instrumentation maintenance across the mill areas safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot, repair, dismantle, assemble, and install equipment including controls, switches, valves, ovens, furnaces, machinery, cranes, and mobile equipment. Operate overhead cranes as needed while observing lockout procedures and maintaining clean work areas. Perform routine maintenance and assist maintenance personnel in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Complete the RMSM training program to become skilled in the three required crafts and obtain necessary OSHA and equipment certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years of experience in applicable field
- Valid Colorado's license and mobile equipment qualification
- Strong troubleshooting, repair and installation skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your time when given multiple tasks
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Physical ability to climb, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, make repetitive motions, hear, etc. and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Obtain and maintain OSHA 10 and equipment certifications, as required
