Job Summary
Assist in all kitchen operations under the guidance of the Chef/Manager, performing opening and closing duties, line cook tasks, and side work. Oversee the smooth running of the shift, maintain excellent customer relations, and troubleshoot problems by reporting issues to the head manager. Manage labor and food costs, handle administrative duties, and train staff while working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This seasonal role includes outdoor work and requires a current food handlers card and previous cooking experience.
