Job Summary
As the Mill Accountant, you oversee the month-end financial close process, including journal entries and inventory reconciliation. You review financial statements for accuracy and prepare operational forecasts and KPI reports to enhance mill performance. Leadership and analytical skills are vital, as you provide financial support and improve business initiatives while generating cost tracking reports and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial analysis and reporting
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and organized work habits
- Flexibility to adapt to changing job demands
