Job Summary
Reconcile and maintain milk and cream manifest data from producers to processing plants; ensure loads are fully accounted for and accurately recorded across Milk Moovement and Sage ERP, cross-checking weights, routes, and documentation; support producer payments and settlement cycles; collaborate with milk accounting, finance, operations, dispatch, quality, and plant personnel; handle high volumes of paper manifests with strong attention to detail and data integrity; requires 1-3 years in reconciliation or data-intensive roles and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting support, milk accounting, logistics, or data intensive office roles
- Experience working with high volumes of paper documentation and detailed data entry strongly preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience working in ERP (Sage desired) and milk accounting systems (Milk Moovement desired)
- Strong data review, comparison, and correction skills
