Milk Accounting Specialist/Managed Services Payroll

Job Summary
Execute end-to-end Producer Payroll cycles for client accounts by importing, matching, and reconciling milk weights and lab testing data. Validate payments against Federal Order regulations, formulas, and pricing while maintaining complete records for compliance. Serve as the primary communication lead for Field Reps, Lab Technicians, and Client Payroll Managers, troubleshooting inaccuracies and resolving disputes. Participate in software testing and product development specifications to support client account activities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and 10-key speed of 10,000 KPH or higher. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience or equivalent combination of education working within the Federal Order milk payment process and pricing formulas
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- High-speed alphanumeric 10-key speed of 10,000 KPH or higher
- Deep understanding of mathematical formulas and general accounting concepts specific to the Federal Order milk marketing system
- Meticulous due diligence skills to audit, trace, and reconstruct complex agricultural payload and lab transactions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience communicating directly with Federal Order Marketing Administrators during audits or regulatory reviews
- Background participating in software Quality Assurance (QA) testing or defining technical software specifications
- Proven experience managing client relationships and supporting pre-sales technical conversations in an agricultural technology environment
