Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must possess and maintain access to Dyess AFB (CAC or other military ID required)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, counseling, social work, human resources, or a related field or previous related workforce experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Additional Requirements
- Veteran, transitioning service member, or current military spouse strongly preferred
