Job Summary
GE Aerospace's Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a two-year rotational engineering-track opportunity designed for commissioned U.S. Military Officers. Eligible candidates will rotate across business units in the Cincinnati/Evendale area (OH) and Boston (MA), applying technical and leadership skills developed in service. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of active-duty service with up to 12 years total, and a willingness to relocate. The program emphasizes leadership, problem solving, adaptability, and collaboration, with a base pay range of 117k–170k and eligibility for an annual bonus. Relocation assistance is provided; U.S. export controls and work-authority requirements apply. Required Qualifications
- Commissioned U.S. Military Officer with minimum 4 years of service completed by start date, up to a maximum 12 years, with an Honorable Discharge upon completion of Military obligations
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited University
- Minimum of 4 years of active-duty status in the last 5 years
- Maximum of 2 years of separation from active duty; exceptions available for extenuating circumstances (Active Reserve Duty, Graduate Degree Pursuit)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study preferred
- Completion of an advanced military training course (e.g., Flight School, Airborne school, Nuclear Power School, career development courses)
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments; leadership ability; strong communication; analytical-thinking; problem solving
