Military Fellowship Program: Product Support Engineer

Military Fellowship Program: TD L PSE role within SNC's TRAX Datalinks portfolio. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements and developing robust Tactical Datalinks hardware/software solutions to support mission operations. Expert knowledge of Link-16, MANET, TRAX, and related protocols is required, with the ability to integrate tactical datalinks into military operations. Must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance, be willing to deploy OCONUS up to 90 days and travel stateside up to 50% annually, with primary duty location in Southern Pines, NC. The role emphasizes immersive on-the-job training through SkillBridge, with emphasis on military-to-civilian transition, and participation in field services/support in a C4ISR environment, including travel and deployment readiness. Essential qualifications include familiarity with tactical datalink hardware/software (AFATDS, TRAX, ADSI, WinTAK, Harris CPA), and ability to work in an office or hybrid environment; security clearance is mandatory.
