• •Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field
• •5 years minimum related experience in program management or related field
• •Strong computer skills
• •Public speaking skills

• •Ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations
