Job Summary
Milieu Therapist to facilitate curriculum-based groups, oversee meal monitoring and support, provide milieu support, de-escalation, and behavior coaching within IP/Res and PHP programs; may require on-call shifts; lead more advanced groups and serve as clinical lead during evenings/weekends; must have Bachelor's and Master's degrees in mental health or related fields and an intern/associate license; duties include documentation of groups/meals/patient checks, crisis management, self-harm assessment, weight/vital collection, and implementing individual behavior management plans; weekend availability required and coverage for Primary Therapists with Clinical Manager/Director support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related degree program
- Master’s degree in mental health or related degree program
- Intern or associate license from appropriate state licensing board
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (requirement waived with relevant master's degree)
