Milieu Supervisor

Schedule and supervise Recovery Care Specialist staff to ensure consistent coverage across all shifts. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of RCS personnel while coordinating training plans with HR. Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff, lead RCS meetings, and communicate staff updates from team and program meetings. Support clients during meals, groups, and high-intensity situations as needed, filling in for RCS shifts when coverage is required. Ensure accurate and timely RCS documentation in client charts and cleaning logs, maintain proper use of EMR, and adhere to HIPAA, privacy, and infection control protocols. Follow transportation policy, vehicle log procedures, and on-call schedules while maintaining active CPR/First Aid certification.
