Milieu Counselor - Child Psychiatry, 24 Hrs/wk, D/E

Lead ADLs, co-lead groups, perform safety checks, and conduct 1:1 meetings with patients in the secure 6 East and 6 West Child Unit. Accurately chart vital signs, intake/output, and monitor nutritional needs while assisting patients with bathing, laundry, and room organization. Work under registered nurse supervision to provide a safe, structured environment for children ages 3-11, focusing on assessment, stabilization, and trauma-informed care. Requires BLS certification; new hires must complete a physical test. Part-time, 24 hours/week, weekends as assigned.
