Job Summary
Conduct daily hotel operations across housekeeping, staffing, marketing, maintenance, guest experience, and food services through cross-training with the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Interact professionally with guests, staff, and management while supervising guest service practices and reporting equipment or property issues. Maintain safety compliance under OSHA guidelines, master emergency procedures for accidents and security threats, and assist departments during heavy workloads. Complete required brand-specific training and certifications. Maintain a valid Montana Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
