Job Summary
Operate automated production lines for infant and pediatric nutrition products while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and food safety standards. Execute machine controls and maintenance routines, monitoring all production steps against relevant parameters. Submit optimization proposals and actively participate in implementing improvement measures. Requires successful completion of a dairy technology or brewing apprenticeship, experience in food processing, and willingness for shift and weekend work. The Fulda facility produces under brands like Aptamil and Neocate as part of Danone.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Milchtechnologe/Molkereifachmann, Brauer und Mälzer oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lebensmittelverarbeitung
- Kenntnisse in der Sprühtrocknung
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
- Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
