Oversee strategic objectives and a collection of related projects aimed at achieving broader business goals, ensuring long-term alignment with organizational strategy. Manage risks and issues at a higher level, focusing on cross-project dependencies and potential impacts on the program, while allocating resources efficiently across multiple initiatives. Track the overall program budget, measure cumulative benefits delivered by all projects, and ensure changes are managed cohesively to avoid negative impacts on the broader program. Act as the central point of accountability across Operations, Technology, Product, Transformation, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful facility migrations from ACBS to LoanIQ, mitigating operational risks and achieving target business outcomes.
