Job Summary
Join our manufacturing team as a MIG Welder/Fitter, performing MIG welding on sheet metal components, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality weldments.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of MIG welding or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and measure accurately.
- Ability to use standard tools (clamps, gauges, tape measure, etc.).
- Basic math skills, including decimal-to-fraction conversion.
- Adherence to all safety and quality requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient with flux core, shielded wire, and spray transfer methods.
- Knowledge of torch cutting, arc gouging, and basic fitting.
- Familiarity with AWS charts, steel tables, and welding symbols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
