Job Summary
Perform Mig and Tig welding according to blueprints and specifications while inspecting welds for quality and accuracy. Prepare products by managing setup, wire changes, and gas tank changes, then package, label, and move finished items to designated locations. Operate a forklift to move materials and conduct first-piece and ongoing inspections per RMF standards. Monitor equipment, perform necessary maintenance, and repair basic mechanical issues. Ensure safety devices are in use at all times. Full-time role in Shreveport, LA, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at $17/hour. Forklift experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mig/Tig Welder
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and hardworking with the ability to work independently

- Forklift operating experience preferred
