Job Summary
Perform MIG welding on pipes and related components according to specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and welding procedures. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, fitting, and cleaning surfaces. Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with company standards. Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools safely while maintaining a clean work area. Follow all safety regulations and assist with fabrication and assembly tasks as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. This role requires at least three years of MIG welding experience, the ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly, and certification or the ability to obtain it within a designated period.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry 40+ pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to obtain a welding certification within a designated period of employment
