Job Summary
Conduct assembly and subassembly of unprocessed parts according to operation sheets while performing quality inspections to meet client requirements. Operate machinery to fabricate high-quality products and actively participate in team-based continuous improvement initiatives. Perform off-line tasks including downtime reporting, maintenance, and supply requests, while rotating through all assigned production stations. Resolve production problems independently using work knowledge to ensure sufficient output of high-quality work. Maintain assigned equipment through proper attendance, safety compliance, and effective communication during team meetings. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental protocols when handling chemicals or moving materials.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English or Spanish
- High level of hand dexterity and coordination
- Corrected vision of 20/30 with color recognition
- Ability to stand, still, or move for 8 hours
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- One year of manufacturing experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
- Must be available for mandatory overtime including weekends
