Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized product advice and consultative sales solutions within the Experience Centre. Guide customers through the entire sales journey from enquiry to purchase, demonstrating Miele products and their features to support informed purchasing decisions. Build strong relationships while achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining premium service standards and ensuring displays are showcased at their best. Collaborate with colleagues to support store operations and manage multiple priorities through ongoing product training.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within premium retail, appliances, furniture, kitchens, interiors or luxury brands
- Confidence delivering product demonstrations or presentations
- Experience working with CRM or point-of-sale systems
- Passion for home design, cooking or premium lifestyle products
