Job Summary
Provide nursing care in inpatient and maternity settings, perform nursing assessments at admission and continuously during care, determine nursing problems through assessment analysis, implement goals and nursing interventions, monitor patient health, provide health education to patients and families, and ensure accurate medical recording and reporting. Maintain room safety and comfort, ensure equipment and medicines are ready, coordinate with other departments, and manage handovers between shifts while adhering to SOPs and quality-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) Degree from Nursing
- Have minimum 6 months clinical experience in an inpatient area
