Job Summary
Provide daily sales leadership to annually achieve district-wide financial, operational, strategic and people-related targets. Directly supervise 10-12 store managers, conduct biweekly store visits and management discussions, analyze financial data to recognize trends and improve productivity, train store managers to understand financial reports and act on the knowledge, drive execution of SOPs for store-level operations, coordinate sales promotions and pricing, maintain customer service excellence, merchandising standards, and compliance with policies. Lead problem solving across stores, develop and motivate teams, and ensure consistent performance across the district.
