• •At least 3 year of related work experience in the natural gas industry with a mechanical background
• •Caterpillar OEM engine maintenance course certificate
• •Basic computer skills including Microsoft Products
• •Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and research skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• •Ability to use various measurement tooling such as micrometers, depth gauges and calipers
• •Ability to identify work priorities and function with very little supervision at times
• •Must be a team player, self-motivated with high level of energy and initiative
• •Participates in on-call rotation schedule
• •High School Diploma / GED
• •Must be able to lift and carry 70 lbs
• •Must be able to walk 1/2 mile at various inclines
• •Must be able to walk on uneven terrain
• •Must be able to drive on rural roads
• •Must be able to visit and walk around construction and industrial sites, farm properties, and field locations
• •Must be able to work in high noise areas
• •Must be able to use proper PPE in work areas
• •Must be able to pass a physical capabilities test
• •Must be able to work in extreme cold conditions
• •Must be able to work in hot, humid conditions
• •Must be able to work in outside weather conditions

• •Must be able to perform mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and major maintenance on compressor units and processing equipment
• •Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs of natural gas engines
• •Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs of reciprocating compressors
• •Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs of centrifugal turbine compressors
• •Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs of electric motors
• •Must be able to perform maintenance and repairs of auxiliary equipment
• •Must be able to perform zero-hour overhauls of various compression equipment
• •Must be able to record and analyze clearance, readings, pressures, temperatures, volumes, hours etc
• •Must be able to utilize a computerized database for work orders, field data collection, and compliance reporting
• •Must be able to maintain a safe operating environment including the utilization of Stop Work Authority
• •Must follow all EQT policies and procedures
• •Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
• •Must be able to effectively communicate with others
• •Must be able to effectively manage the team's quarterly review cycle
