Job Summary
Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify, address, and resolve potential issues, vulnerabilities, or outages while utilizing data to drive down mean time to resolution. Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions using hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms, implementing automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Ensure secure configurations and measures protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks, including hardware, software, and data from unauthorized access. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and architects to define requirements and ensure seamless integration, while staying informed of industry technology trends to foster technical excellence. Work in a 24/7 shift pattern based in Pune, supporting infrastructure modernization and disaster recovery planning.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge on HP Nonstop Infrastructure
- 5-7 years of Industry experience on relevant technology
- Experience on Infrastructure modernization
- Disaster recovery planning
- HP NonStop Support TACL/TAL/COBOL Pathway MQ Connect Direct BASE24 Tandem Utilities (FUP & SCF, TMF & RDF)
- Scheduling Toolset, preferably Multibatch & Event Timer
- Encryption Toolsets, preferably Comforte
- Willing to work in 24/7 shift pattern
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL certified
- Strong communication skills
- Good Stakeholder management skills
