Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising nursing assistants and coordinating daily activities. Communicate compassionately with families, maintain accurate patient records, and develop care plans. Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
